April 1 – Easter Egg Hunt (outdoors) from noon to 1:30. All church and childcare children are welcome. PLEASE park in the WesBanco parking lot. Rain Date is 4/8/23
April 6 – Maundy Thursday Communion Supper 6:30pm
This service will be informal and intimate. It will be held in Fellowship Hall and will include a potluck supper. The service, supper, communion and worship will be merged together. People of all ages are encouraged to attend. Look for sign up sheets in the Narthex and in your email.
April 7 – Good Friday Service of Tenebrae 7pm
“Tenebrae” is the Latin word meaning “shadow.” During this service the events of Jesus’ last supper with the disciples, his arrest and trial,and the crucifixion are described by the Gospel of Mark. After the account of each event, a candle will be extinguished. The sanctuary will become darker and darker, until only one candle remains lit. This candle is then extinguished to symbolize Jesus’ death.
April 9 – Easter Breakfast will be a simple continental breakfast (hopefully outside) Easter service is at 10:30am.
